Brittany joined the recruitment industry in 2017, after graduating from the University of Toronto. Brittany received both an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree as well as a Master of Teaching Degree from University of Toronto’s OISE.
Brittany, along with her husband Joncarlo, founded Forge Recruitment, a Canadian recruitment firm that has been named and awarded Top Growing Company by the Globe and Mail. They together created an organization focused on the search and placement of a wide spectrum of diverse legal and accounting and finance professionals, priding themselves on their tailored approach to each organization they assist. Brittany regularly conducts searches across Canada for Lawyers, Legal Assistants and Paralegals, and has worked with global law firms, national law firms, top regional law firms and leading boutiques across all practices.
