What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect personal identification information from users who voluntarily submit such information to us. We use three platforms to do so: Mailchimp, JobDiva and AdRoll.
Mailchimp is a third party marketing automation & email marketing platform. We collect first names, last names, and e-mail addresses of users who opt-in to download our content and sign up for our mailing list. We do not collect any other personal data. Users can refuse to supply such information to us.
We collect the aforementioned personal information for our mailing list. If a user signs up for our mailing list, the user will receive periodic emails that may include company news, relevant articles, etc. The user can unsubscribe from the mailing list by following the unsubscribe instructions at the end of every e-mail.
JobDiva is an Applicant Tracking, Talent Management, and Customer Relations Management System. JobDiva also includes a contact relationship management system (CRM) that tracks the communication between JobDiva clients and data subjects, who include JobDiva, Inc.'s clients' customers as well as their partners, third parties, job candidates and active employees.
With JobDiva, we collect information submitted to us by candidates applying on our job board. When individuals apply to a job using a our career portal, they become JobDiva data subjects. Candidates are data subjects whose resumes, CVs, on-boarding documents, payroll data or any qualifying information have been obtained, stored and controlled by JobDiva clients in the clients' own databases. When individuals are hired by JobDiva, Inc.'s clients as employees, they become data subjects. Typically, these individuals are candidates and/or applicants first. Subsequently, JobDiva, Inc. clients can process payroll and benefit information about them by utilizing resources within JobDiva.
AdRoll is a third party marketing automation & email marketing platform. The site uses technologies of third-party partners [such as NextRoll] to help us recognize your device and understand how you use our site so that we can improve our services to reflect your interests and serve you advertisements about the services that are likely to be of more interest to you. We do not sell or rent any information that a user provides to us to any partner, cloud-based services, payment processors, and third party service providers. What rights you have over your data
Users who have submitted information to us can request to receive and/or edit the personal data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you permanently.

All of Forge Recruitment's digital infrastructure is kept up-to-date with the latest security software. Forge Recruitment staff receive basic training in data protection.
