Vanessa joined the search and staffing industry in 2016 after having received her Human Resources Advanced Diploma from Sheridan College. Early in her recruitment career, Vanessa focused primarily on assisting clients with their temporary and contract staffing needs. She primarily focused on a wide array of skilled labour roles, including General Labours, Machine Operators, Forklift Operators and more. With Forge Recruitment, Vanessa focuses on conducting searches for the legal support sector. She regularly conducts searches for Legal Assistants, Law Clerks and Paralegals across a variety of practice areas.
Vanessa prides herself in being able to build strong and lasting relationships with candidates by providing valuable guidance and mentorship while helping them navigate their job search.
