Mary brings more than 30 years of experience within the legal industry, having built her career through progressively senior roles in human resources, talent management, and law firm operations. Her experience spans boutique, national and international law firms, giving her a firsthand understanding of law firm environments from multiple perspectives and at different stages of her career.
Over the years, Mary has been directly involved in recruiting and onboarding legal professionals, advising on staffing and organizational needs, managing performance and employee relations, and supporting firms through growth and change. Having spent many years on the hiring side of the table, she understands that a successful placement is about more than experience and qualifications—it is also about finding the right fit between the individual, the team, and the organization.
Mary has also been actively involved in the broader legal management community through The Legal Office Management Association (TLOMA), including serving as a member of its Board of Directors. Her involvement has allowed her to build relationships across the legal community and stay connected to the evolving needs of law firms and the professionals who work within them.
