Jason embarked on his search and recruitment career in late 2024, joining the Canada West search division of Forge Recruitment. Prior to this, Jason held a Kinesiology Degree and has an abundance of leadership and professional coaching experience.
Jason leverages his coaching background to help his candidates navigate through interview obstacles and questions. When it comes to his searches, he takes a proactive and consultative approach. Ultimately, he’s committed and passionate about finding the right opportunities for his candidates.
In his spare time, Jason enjoys eating out, staying active, and spending time with his family and toddler son.
