Lawyer by training and legal recruiter by practice, with over 13 years of experience across labour and employment law, litigation, and legal recruitment. I work with legal professionals and organizations to facilitate strategic, long-term placements, specializing in senior in house leadership roles and private practice searches from Senior Associate to Partner.
Before transitioning into recruitment, I practiced law in Brazil for more than seven years. During that time, I built a book of business from the ground up, grew a practice from sole practitioner to partner, and successfully exited the market. My legal background includes extensive experience in labour law and civil litigation, including complex multi plaintiff matters. This firsthand experience in firm management and litigation informs my approach to advising both candidates and law firm partners.
I have worked with boutique firms, national practices, and global organizations, combining disciplined search processes with strong commercial judgment. In addition to recruitment, I advise law firm partners on talent strategy, succession planning, and merger or acquisition considerations, and I support bespoke searches for hard to fill roles.
I hold postgraduate degrees in Labour and Employment Law and Human Resources Management, and I am bilingual in Portuguese and English. Outside of work, I enjoy soccer, baseball, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
