Roya began her recruitment journey in 2019, developing a passion for connecting people with meaningful career opportunities. Her experience spans IT, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, HR, Administration, and Management, giving her a well-rounded understanding of diverse professional needs.
In November 2025, Roya joined the Canada West legal recruitment team at Forge Recruitment. Bringing her diverse background into the legal sector, she approaches every search with curiosity, care, and a genuine desire to understand what motivates the professionals she works with. Roya is known for her supportive and approachable style and for guiding her candidates through the interview process with honesty, encouragement, and thoughtful insight.
